Eastwood is a 9 hole course right off Rt 8 in Torrington. The course starts off with 3 back and forth par 4s then a sharp dog leg par 5 and then a driveable short 4(285 but plays shorter). Hole 8 which is a par 3 over a pond was my favorite and the hardest hole is the par 5 9th that has both of the courses water hazards on it.  The course could use some improvements but I feel that they are content with the recreational golfer and the league play they get. Overall the course gets a 5.5 and the staff was very accommodating.

While I waited to tee off I read a great story about a league there where the founding member still plays well into his 90s. Wish I remembered the name of the guy/group cause he deserves a shoutout.
